This conference is the Final Meeting of the Innovative Training Network “MASSTRPLAN” (MASS spectrometry TRaining network for Protein Lipid adduct ANalysis). The conference is organized to bring together scientists in the fields of protein and lipid oxidation, as well as showcasing some of the work of the MASSTRPLAN Network. There will be 10 Plenary lectures from leaders in the field and selected oral presentation opportunities are available.

In total five scientific sessions:

– Analytical methods for Lipid Oxidation
– Bioinformatic tools for detection of oxPTMs
– New approaches for the analysis of oxPTMs
– Protein targets of oxidation and lipoxidation
– Redoxomics: clinical and industrial applications
